I began my yoga journey at 6 years old when I started meditating with my Dad. In high school, I became an avid runner and as a young adult, I found yoga as a way to stretch and relieve sore muscles.
One day, I realized that meditation and āsana were connected and I never looked back. Over the last 15 years, I've practiced different styles of yoga, falling deeply in love with Vinyasa Flow, studying and receiving my 200-hour certification from Laughing Lotus in New York City in the fall of 2015 and 25-hour restorative yoga certification in 2017, respectively.
I'm an insured, AED/CPR/First Aid certified instructor that teaches from my own personal practices, with a focus on super-fun sequencing, alignment, breathing exercises, meditations and infusing my love of music into my playlists. I seek to find the internal light and love within my students to help them move like themselves and connect their bodies with their breath to reach samādhi - ultimate bliss.
